BVM Petroleum
Construction of the BVM Petroleum facility is actively progressing, bringing essential daily amenities to the park. Once complete, it will integrate reliable fueling stations with commercial retail spaces and ATM access, seamlessly supporting the daily needs of our tenants and workforce.

Intertexture Construction Progress
Construction is progressing on an Intertexture factory building within ISI PARK National Road 2, with civil and structural works advancing according to plan. The expanding industrial environment is designed to accommodate businesses across manufacturing and processing industries, including opportunities for garment and manufacturing businesses in Cambodia seeking suitable locations for production and expansion.
Following its groundbreaking event on July 10, 2026, construction of the Intertexture factory building at ISI PARK National Road 2 is progressing according to plan. Currently, civil and structural works have reached approximately 20% completion.
WORKER DORMITORY
A reliable workforce is essential for manufacturing operations. To support the growing number of factories within ISI PARK National Road 2, ISI is expanding its worker accommodation facilities.
The existing community includes 251 dormitory rooms and 25 retail shophouses. A new 104-room worker dormitory is currently under construction and has reached approximately 80% completion.
Once operational, the new facility will provide accessible accommodation for workers and help support workforce stability for expanding tenants.
Football Training Center
The infrastructure for the Football Training Centre at ISI PARK National Road 2 is now 100% complete. The recreational space is ready to support active lifestyles and provide workers with a dedicated area for sports and community activities.

PHASE 2 INFRASTRUCTURE
The internal road network at ISI PARK National Road 2 is designed to seamlessly connect Phase 1, Phase 2, and the on-site worker dormitories. This essential infrastructure supports efficient circulation, workforce mobility, and long-term logistics operations in Cambodia, strengthening connectivity across the industrial park.

PHASE 2 LAND PREPARATION
The comprehensive borrow pit backfill operations at ISI PARK National Road 2 are now 100% complete, delivering fully leveled and compacted land parcels. This essential site preparation provides a stable foundation for future construction and creates ready-to-develop industrial land in Cambodia for businesses seeking suitable locations for manufacturing, processing, and logistics operations.
