Steel Company
The core industry of ISI Group, with nearly 30 years of history, is Cambodia’s first and largest manufacturer of steel building materials and galvanized steel. With a nationwide sales network, it is a leader in the steel industry.
Structural Steel Company
ISI Building Solution (formerly known as Fuxin) is Cambodia's first structural steel plant, adhering to innovation and meeting international standards. It has undertaken major landmark projects such as AEON Mall and Phnom Penh's new airport. To date, it has completed over 1,000 projects with a total construction area exceeding 5 million square meters, earning high recognition for quality.
Industrial Park Development
Leveraging years of industrial experience, international vision, and deep local roots, ISI Group successfully developed ISI Industrial Park [Veng Sreng Boulevard] and ISI Industrial Park [National Road No. 2], achieving a 90% occupancy rate, contributing to Cambodia's economic growth.
Real Estate Development
Under its real estate arm URBANLAND, ISI has championed sustainable and nature-inspired design, delivering highly acclaimed projects in Phnom Penh, including Chankiri Villas, Raintree Office Building, Embassy Residences, ISI Headquarters, and Treeline Urban Resort in Siem Reap. These have won multiple Cambodia Property Awards, such as "Best Property," "Best Residential Architectural Design," and "Best Residential Landscape Design."
Coffee Brand
Founded in 2009, Brown Coffee is Cambodia's largest local coffee chain with more than 50 branches. Known for its stylish and youthful image, it is beloved by Cambodians and is the only domestic coffee brand that can compete with global giant brands.
Professional Football Team
The Group owns a Cambodian professional men's football team (ISI Dangkor Senchey FC). Established since 2016, the team's performance has been steadily improving, reaching the Cambodian Premier League in 2022. With both strength and popularity, the team is complemented by a youth football academy under the Group's foundation, nurturing talented young players through community programs and helping them realize their dreams.
