ISI SEZ PROGRESS UPDATE

ISI SEZ was officially launched on 10 January 2025, marking the commencement of its development as a fully integrated and sustainable industrial township. The launch signifies the project’s transition from planning to execution, with construction development now actively underway.

About ISI SEZ

Project development is progressing in an orderly and controlled manner. Factories, infrastructure, clean water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant, substation are advancing in parallel, translating the master plan into tangible result.

OFFICE COMPLEX

The office complex is positioned as the operational and administrative center of the SEZ, supporting management, services, and tenant coordination, and is designed to align with EDGE certification standards for energy efficiency and sustainable building performance.

READY-BUILT FACTORY

The Ready-Built Factory project is under active development as part of ISI SEZ’s leasing asset. Designed to provide standardized, move-in-ready industrial space, the facilities are being constructed to support faster tenant entry and operational flexibility.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

Clean Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants are designed in accordance with international compliance and sustainability standards, ensuring operational security and environmental responsibility.

WORKER DORMITORY

The Worker Dormitory is planned as a key workforce support facility within ISI SEZ, providing organized and accessible accommodation to support tenant operations and ensure long-term workforce stability across the zone.

FACTORY CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

Currently, two factory buildings are under simultaneous construction within the SEZ, with civil and structural works progressing according to plan.
ONE–STOP SERVICE & OFFICE COMPLEX

The construction of one-stop service and office complex is progressing steadily with approximately 99% completion, as the structure begins to take shape and key elements of the complex come together.

READY-BUILT FACTORY

Construction of the Ready-Built Factory has completed. The project is progressing steadily toward delivering high-quality, move-in-ready industrial space to support early tenant occupancy and leasing opportunities.

CLEAN WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Clean Water Treatment Plant is completed to ensure a stable and compliant clean water supply for ISI SEZ. Civil works and system installations are progressing in line with the approved construction schedule, supporting long-term operational reliability across the zone.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Wastewater Treatment Plant has completed. It has been developed to meet environmental and regulatory standards, enabling effective wastewater management for industrial users within the SEZ. Construction is advancing in phases, with key structural and technical works underway to support compliant and sustainable operations.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Construction of the Zone Internal Main Road has been completed, providing reliable access for heavy trucks and supporting efficient industrial logistics.

The External Main Road is 75% complete, strengthening connectivity between the zone, the national road network, and Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, while supporting efficient logistics and the growth of heavy industries.

Substation

Construction of the substation is completed. With our substation now operational and directly connected to the national electricity grid, ISI SEZ is ready to deliver large-capacity, stable, and reliable power to our clients

WORKER DORMITORY

The construction progress has now reached 57%. Once completed, the development will provide dedicated accommodation to support the growing workforce within ISI SEZ, further strengthening the zone’s long-term operational capacity and tenant readiness.

FACTORY CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

The tenant factory has reached full completion and has commenced operations, representing a significant milestone for ISI SEZ. The operational facility reflects the zone’s growing industrial activity and reinforces its position as a ready platform for manufacturing investment.

The second tenant factory is now fully completed and operational, further strengthening production support for the first tenant and enhancing the growing industrial cluster.
