Power Substation (90% Complete): Uninterrupted power is the lifeblood of modern manufacturing. With our dedicated on-site substation hitting 90% readiness, we are locking in a highly stable, independent electrical grid capable of handling continuous heavy-industrial loads and preventing costly downtime.

Clean Water Treatment Plant (90% Complete): Securing a high-capacity, reliable water source is a major priority for processing and production. Our clean water treatment facilities are moving swiftly through the advanced stages of installation to guarantee a continuous supply tailored to industrial requirements.

Wastewater Treatment Plant (90% Complete): Parallel to our water supply progress, the zone’s centralized wastewater treatment facility has also crossed the 90% mark. This infrastructure ensures that all industrial discharge is safely treated on-site, offering tenants automatic alignment with international environmental standards.

ISI GROUP has officially inaugurated the ISI Special Economic Zone (ISI SEZ), marking a transformative milestone for Cambodia’s industrial landscape. The grand launch at ISI TOWER was attended by over 200 distinguished guests, including H.E. Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister, and senior government leaders.

Spanning 800 hectares along the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway, ISI SEZ offers unrivaled logistics:

ISI GROUP’s donation programme for refugees has raised a total of $300,000 to support families displaced by the ongoing border conflict.

ISI Group extends its sincere appreciation to all partners, donors, and members of the public who have contributed to the ISI GROUP’s donation programme. Through the collective support received over the past several days, the Fund has raised a total of USD 100,036.88.

Since the onset of the border situation in July, ISI Group has upheld its commitment to social responsibility by providing continuous humanitarian assistance. To date, the Group has committed a total of USD 200,000 in financial support and relief supplies through the ISI GROUP’s donation programme, in support of displaced communities and frontline forces.

Assistance delivered includes food supplies, essential household items, daily necessities, and the construction of temporary shelters in Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Bonteay Meanchey, Koh Kong and Siem Reap provinces, addressing immediate humanitarian needs during this challenging period.

The initiation of the Office Complex and Ready-Built Factory construction demonstrates that these early-stage investments are translating into tangible, operational assets.

The Office Complex will serve as a central hub for administration, tenant support, and on-site coordination, reinforcing the zone’s long-term management framework.
